Up for sale here a 4 reproduction prototype games for the Colecovision. They are loose carts, and there is some scuffing on some of the labels (they are untreated paper, see pictures). The games are: Pac Man Dig Dug Joust Power Lords All 4 Games have been tested and work, but are being sold *AS-IS* Any Questions? Just Ask! Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Now for the fine print: I suggest you at least skim it, as by bidding on my auction you are agreeing to it. **IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FEEDBACK** Normally, I would use this space to explain how eBay’s policy on the detail feedback that you leave for sellers works, but eBay is now scanning all listings automatically and flags listings that discuss things they don’t want in listings. In any event, if you are happy with the service you receive, I encourage you to provide the maximum feedback. If you are not happy and fully satisfied, contact me first and I’ll do what I can to resolve things to your satisfaction. (over 500+ positive feedback with no negatives so far). And if you are curious about what I am talking about, google is your friend. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BIDDING ON THIS ITEM If you send me an email or message in the last day or last few hours or minutes of the auction, I MAY NOT be able to answer you before the auction is over, so don’t get upset if I don’t reply in time. I have a job, and other life obligations and can’t always sit at the computer when an auction is winding to a close. If you have questions that are important to your decision to bid, or how much to bid, please ask them as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to get back to you asap.If you send me a message asking (or telling) me to end the auction now and sell this item to you (for a price of your choosing no less), I WILL DECLINE. This happens more often than you might think, and when it does I usually get multiple requests of this nature. Besides being against eBay policy, not being fare to the other bidders and getting me in trouble as seller, I wouldn’t know how to choose one person over another. So please, just enter your offer price as a bid, and who knows, you may win it for a lot less than that. IF YOU WIN THIS ITEM: I add a small handling charge to every auction I list. It’s usually $3 to $5, but I will scale it up or down slightly on the expected price or the size of the item, so it’s not disproportionate. It’s usually a couple dollars more for international buyers. * I box up each item at the time I create the listing. I do this because the final weight and dimensions of the shipping box affect the cost of postage. ** If you win multiple items, sometimes I can combine them into one box, but often it’s not worth the effort, as the items are already individually boxed up in the best fitting boxes I can find, and postage saving would be minimal, if any. If I can combine items, I will send you an invoice with the cheaper shipping and handling.I much prefer to use USPS to ship all my items, and in most cases they are the cheapest and fastest – especially for International. If you really want me to ship via UPS or some other carrier, contact me ahead of time and I will see what I can do, and tell you how much it will cost.I expect payment within 3-4 days of the auction close. The faster you pay, the sooner I ship it to you.If you can’t pay within this time period, this is not the auction for you. In very rare cases (read: expensive items) I will make longer arrangements with someone. If I don’t hear from you within 6 or 7 days, I will assume you do not intend to pay for your winnings, and I will open a non-paying bidder case with eBay, and then offer the item to the second-place bidder or relist it.Surprisingly, or not, about 1 in 12 items that I sell has a non-paying winning bidder. Don’t be that person, ok?I leave positive feedback upon receipt of payment. Please leave me positive feedback once you receive the item and are satisfied with it.- You’d be amazed at how many buyers don’t leave feedback without being nagged – it’s less than 50% and it’s really aggravating. Please do the right thing and leave feedback. If you have any questions about the item, or special requests if you are the winner, please contact / email. I do my best to make everyone happy. * I add the handling charge because: Boxes:I buy a lot of boxes from The Container Store for my larger items. I also use USPS supplied Priority Mail boxes for smaller itemsVery occasionally, I will re-use an existing box from Amazon, etc, only if it is the best fit, and in excellent condition.Packing Materials:I buy foam peanuts and bubble wrap to pack my items in. I make an effort to make sure you item is very safely packed.I print out a custom label for every package I ship. No half-legible marker writing on the box, no excuse for the shipper to not to get it right.I automatically add Delivery Confirmation / tracking # of some sort to everything I ship.I email you the tracking # the day your package is shipped.I have to drive a ways to the post office, and much farther to ship via UPS or FedEx. It takes a lot of time to do a quality transaction. This doesn’t even begin to offset fees. I try to be reasonable. ** Yes, USPS has gotten A LOT more expensive in the past few years. And they are very sensitive to the distance shipped and box size now. I put all the final shipping information into the eBay listing, so it’s shipping rate calculator is pretty accurate for you. Because I live in Pacific NorthWest (Seattle area), the prices to anywhere in the mid or east sides of the USA may seem high. Nothing I can do about that. I am attempting to identify when it is advantageous to use USPS FLAT RATE Priority Mail boxes. I don’t always identify every case.
