Tomoyo Tomita may not be a name you recognize, but he has served as a composer for many Nintendo titles developed by Good-Feel, including Kirby's Epic Yarn and Yoshi's Woolly World. Tomita recently left Good-Feel, however, striking out on his own as a freelancer, and he took to YouTube to give Yoshi fans a treat: six tracks that he composed for Yoshi's Woolly World that never made it into the final product. Each one sounds gorgeous, and you can listen to all of them using the playlist above!

I wish we knew why each of these melodies had to be cut from the game, because they sound to me like they'd have made for great additions to a Yoshi soundtrack. Whatever the case, I think these all show that Tomita will do quite well in his new life as a freelancer. Which of these tunes of his do you like the best?
