Everyone who owns a 3DS must have played, at some point or another, Fire Emblem Awakening, a fresh take on an old franchise that has managed to become one of the portable console's best titles. In order to properly represent this mixture of past and future, they decided to make a genderbender representation of Marth, and so Lucina came to be. She has become so popular now that she's a fan favourite, with people supporting her appearance as a newcomer in Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS. Of course, given how much beloved this character is, it was obvious that multiple cosplayers would want to portray her—and so, today, I bring you a personal favourite: Yumi Asakura.
This Spanish artist is a really devoted cosplayer, who has already been seen in costumes such as Street Fighter's Cammy White or Final Fantasy XIII-2's Serah Farron. However, if I had to choose, I'd say her best work ever was this impression of Fire Emblem's swordswoman, which she pulls off flawlessly. Despite her youthful appearance, this 23-year-old shows she's a professional by taking into account every single detail of Lucina's costume, from the sword to even the shape of the sleeves and the mask. Make sure to subscribe to her deviantArt account to see what she has in store for the future!
