BioWare's highly-anticipated upcoming game, Mass Effect: Andromeda, is set to hit PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC before March 31st, 2017. Unfortunately for those working on the game, they'll be without their lead writer for the final stretch. Chris Schlerf has been penning the game until recently, but he revealed in a series of tweets that he has left BioWare for a job at Bungie.

Schlerf joined BioWare in 2014 after serving as the lead writer on Halo 4 at 343 Industries. Although he's no longer working on Andromeda, he says he couldn't be prouder of the game and expects it to blow people away when it launches. Schlerf also called his time at BioWare "one of the best experiences of my career," and expressed gratitude for all of the wonderful people he worked with during his tenure there.
