Nintendo went more in depth with Pokémon Let's Go! Pikachu and Eevee during their Nintendo Treehouse Live segment. There it was shown that catchingPokémon is the key to leveling up. This is a little different than how leveling up works in GO, and thankfully there's a lot of things that work a little differently from the popular mobile game.

For one, Nintendo confirmed that any of your Pokémon can follow behind you. This was a popular feature in HeartGold and SoulSilver that many fans were hoping to see the return of. Wild Pokémon can also vary in size, and they will have an aura surrounding them that will let you know how large or small they are.

They also showed the game's rival, who is incredibly different than Blue was in the original Red and Blue titles. The rival in this game is actually quite nice, and he's easily scared of things.

They also showed off the first gym in Pewter City for a bit. Some gyms are said to be completely redesigned from the original games, but Pewter remained intact. However, they did add spectator seats that line the gym floor.

Bill Trinen ended the segment by confirming a bundle that includes the game and the Poké Ball accessory. This bundle will be available for $99.99.
