The world of Undertale is filled to the Underground's brim with a memorable cast of characters, and it doesn't hurt that the game's soundtrack is exceptionally catchy either. Combine these with the determined and talented fanbase centered around Toby Fox's creation, and you'll quickly find animatics, song covers and official remix albums, or in today's case, a full-length musical.

Helmed by Alex "Man on the Internet" Beckham, Undertale: The Musical hosts a whole cavalcade of voice actors, singers, artists, and remixers to retell the entire Pacifist story. The Musical incorporates the game's original score with added vocals and dialogue, all set to gameplay and original artwork, and spans from the opening cutscene through to the True Ending.

This project has been in the works for well over a year, but today marks its release day! If you have a few hours to spare, watch the video for yourself above, and share your thoughts on it with us in the comments below.

In recent news, Sony announced at E3 2017 that Undertale will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, and with a physical collector's edition.
