Shawn Layden, Sony Interactive Entertainment's Chairman of Worldwide Studios, recently stopped by the PlayStation Blogcast for a chat. After gushing about God of War, the topic of the podcast shifted to Sony's E3 presentation. Layden confirmed its suspected date as June 11th, and in a rare move, he also shared details about four specific Sony-published titles that will be receiving major updates at E3.
According to Layden, the show will feature "deep dives" into Death Stranding, Ghost Of Tsushima, Marvel's Spider-Man, and The Last of Us 2. It sounds like this will be the bulk of Sony's showcase, although Layden did confirm that they'd also have some third-party and indie announcements. It's unclear whether or not any other Sony games (including unannounced titles) will be featured. Layden has confirmed that new hardware will not be featured.

Update: In a separate blog post Layden has revealed that the show will kick off at 6:00 PM Pacific / 9:00 PM Eastern on the 11th. Sony will be broadcasting the event live via live.playstation.com, Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.
