Super Smash Bros. always has a variety of interesting stages, and at least 80 are on their way to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. That number is outstanding, especially when you consider the additional Battlefield and Omega forms for them, but fans had one more question: can we play the regular stages without hazards? Thankfully, it sounds like Ultimate is indeed making that a new option for the series.

Some of the players in the 2018 Super Smash Bros. Invitational confirmed this in a stream last night, stating that there is a toggle that will turn the hazards off. We don't know yet just how in-depth this will be—will it stop traveling stages like Skyloft from moving around to different areas of the world?—but it's definitely a great addition that many will be happy to see in Ultimate.

Will you be taking advantage of this feature? Which stages do you most want to play a hazard-less version of?
