A few weeks ago, some Kingdom Hearts III rumors about a Monsters, Inc. world started popping up. The rumor seemed mostly credible, with screenshots to back it up, but some fans remained skeptical and waited for official word from Disney or Square Enix. Luckily, they didn't have to wait too long.

D23 is currently going on in Japan, and Disney revealed two brand new trailers for Kingdom Hearts III. The first confirms the Monsters, Inc. world we had seen previously, along with a better look at the fantastically disgusting monster renditions of Sora, Donald, and Goofy. It also shows off a ton of the flashy gameplay that the series is known for, and the return of Marluxia and Vanitas as villains in the new Organization XIII.

The second trailer focuses on Riku and Mickey as they journey through the Realm of Darkness. Square and Disney also used this trailer as an opportunity to reveal the theme song for the game, Don't Think Twice, which is once again sung by the talented Utada Hikaru.

Both trailers are still showing that Kingdom Hearts III will be released sometime this year. If you're interested in the game, make sure to check out the trailers below!
