Nintendo recently revealed their next console to the world, but there are still many unanswered questions surrounding its software lineup. Ubisoft is one of the third-party developers pledging support for Nintendo Switch, and we know they're planning to bring the next Just Dance title to the console, but how much further does that support extend?

Ubisoft executives recently sat down for an interview with popular Japanese publication Famitsu, and Ubisoft EMEA boss Alain Corre expressed that the company is hoping to have "a wide variety of software available" on Nintendo Switch.

"We have big expectations for the innovative Nintendo Switch. Our Just Dance franchise, for example, is one that people enjoy with families. With the Nintendo Switch in hand, children, their parents, or even their grandparents, would be able to dance out in the backyard on holidays. Doesn't that sound exciting (laughs)? The hardware really helps expand the possibilities of fun, people of all ages will be able to play games anywhere. We hope to have a wide variety of software available, but we're unable to go into details just yet. Sorry (laughs)." — Alain Corre

Ubisoft has previously expressed that Nintendo Switch will attract lapsed Wii owners and put Nintendo back in the race. Officially, Just Dance is the only game they've confirmed for the console, but the ever-reliable Laura Dale of Let's Play Video Games reports that a Mario & Rabbids crossover RPG is on the way, and other sources have since corroborated that story.
