We're just one day away from the return of The Game Awards, and this year's show is said to be packed with more game reveals than ever before. Millions will be tuning in, so it's a great place to unveil something new, but some developers just can't wait that long to tease their announcements. Ahead of tomorrow's events, Ubisoft has just revealed that a new Far Cry is in the works.
Ubisoft just posted a short teaser trailer on Twitter and YouTube revealing that a post-apocalyptic entry in the Far Cry franchise is on the way. According to Kotaku's Jason Schrier, this is expected to be a spin-off that is "to Far Cry 5 what Primal was to 4." Ubisoft will be revealing more about the upcoming game during The Game Awards, so tune in then to find out more! We'll be streaming the show live here at Gamnesia and covering all the news as it breaks.
